I made a nice background for Tai Hing Roast's famous iced coffee. They put the ice cubes outside the cup, to maintain the richness of the coffee. Pure genius!
Perfect for winter: The Chiu Chow Lamb hotpot. The meat fell off the bone, the soup base was rich and warming. Tai Hing Roast is famous for their siu mei (roasted items), and I ordered my all time favorite roast: BBQ pork on rice. Smoky, juicy, tasty, just perfect.
