Volvariella Volvacea & Pleurotus Ostreatus in Allium Sativum L & Butter

You saw the title & you'd think WHAT THE...??!!!...

It all started when I was going to write this post. I just could NOT find the common name of this mushroom, so commonly used and sold in Hong Kong.....Chou Gu (草菇). When I finally found it here, I just couldn't imagine the mushroom to be called Break mushroom. So, Volvariella volvacea it is. The other one is oyster mushroom, aka Sau Jan Gu (the wat the name is Pleurotus Ostreatus), another mushroom variety which is easy to find in Hong Kong wet markets. Finally, cooking is NO fun if we didn't treat ourselves to a touch of pungent Allium Sativum L, so let's add lots of it and avoid kissing your lover goodnight.

Ingredients
- Volvariella volvacea aka. Chou Gu
- Pleurotus Ostreatus aka Oyster Mushrooms
- Allium Sativum L aka.................................GARLIC (LOL - finely chopped)
- butter & olive oil
- salt, pepper, sugar to taste

Saute Allium Sativum L with butter & olive oil, throw in Volvariella volvacea & Pleurotus Ostreatus, add salt, pepper, sugar, serve

I will add those cool names on my potential first born name list. Get your own, you copycats!
