Easy Cheesy Baked Egg Breakfast
I made some cupcakes last night, but was in the mood for a hot savory breakfast this morning, so I just dumped an egg, some milk, a bit of oil, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, mix it up, topped with grated parmesan cheese and baked it in 250C oven for a few minutes....and done.
Hot cheesy, eggy, savory, quick and easy breakfast.
I wish I had some bacon/nice sausages/ham on hand...

Very nice! I do something similar for special brunches (Xmas time) using a muffin tray...that way I can get a whole dozen! Abt having bacon on hand...I usually will cook up a batch, only abt 80% done, and leave it in the fridge. Keeps at least a week. Then at anytime, I can take out a couple of slices, nuke it, and hello crispy bacon!!
something so versatile with eggs isnt it?? nice warm breakfast!
And to think, so many people say they don't have TIME to eat breakfast in the morning. I should point them your way.
Mmm I love eggs! I found a method of scrambling them in the microwave. It is a lot tastier than it sounds.
scrambled eggs + English Muffin + butter + honey ham + cheddar cheese = amazing.
Easy and delicious, I like! You are right, it needs bacon!
I feel like I haven't commented in such a long time! I've been enjoying your posts though.
This looks especially yummy and easy to make.
Recently, I have been eating baked eggs. I don't mix it up though. Just bake it, then pinch of pepper, and dip my toast in the runny yolks!
i may have to get started on making this in a few minutes because i am soooo hungry right now!
