If you're putting it in a container try a slice of apple or a soaked brown sugar bear in the container to keep it fresh. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1852866958513088008.post-78811791065136645112009-07-17T16:12:54.626+08:002009-07-17T16:12:54.626+08:00the cake is perfectthe cake is perfectJack Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01609128863156335486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1852866958513088008.post-30793027800002470742009-06-20T08:20:10.868+08:002009-06-20T08:20:10.868+08:00Strange, I have never had a banana bread go rock h...Strange, I have never had a banana bread go rock hard like that. I normally slice the loaf shortly after it comes out of the oven and place the individual slices into their own ziplock containers and then put them in the fridge. When I pull them out of the fridge for breakfast I normally give them 30-60 seconds in the microwave and they are just as good as if they came straight from the oven. test it commhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07795596315329913917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1852866958513088008.post-78817158505085455942009-06-17T14:31:25.444+08:002009-06-17T14:31:25.444+08:00Have you tried steaming it just for a while? Before serving take it out from the fridge and bring it to room temp. The fridge will dry out your cake and this includes bread as well in not stored properly.Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12181638117291327698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1852866958513088008.post-4512991672346641102009-06-14T18:18:41.866+08:002009-06-14T18:18:41.866+08:00yum yum~~~never tried that before!!yum yum~~~never tried that before!!My Taste Heavenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08008766530114242765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1852866958513088008.post-56649904499277333072009-06-13T04:12:39.341+08:002009-06-13T04:12:39.341+08:00that looks great!
